Roxani Country House Resort

Hotel was inside the nature with optimum price quality level. Breakfast was good for everyone and families. On the other hand, I am really thankful for Ms. Marilena and Ms. Anna for their great hospitality and advice during our stay. They always tried to help us about restaurant recommendations and things to do. You can feel comfortable on your visit to Marionia.

We’re just back from the hidden gem that is the Roxani - the photos show the hotel’s beautiful setting in its own grounds away from traffic noise. It’s easy to reach from the E90 motorway and only a 10-minute walk to the village taverna and shop, or a 10-15 minute drive to 3 or 4 traditional fish/grill tavernas. In the morning, a 10-minute drive to quiet clean beaches with shallow clear water You can see that a lot has been done to refresh the hotel, including installing new air conditioning. The swimming pool area (incl. paddling pool) is lovely; the water is clear and there are plenty of loungers and patio sun umbrellas. And then there’s the team who really are helpful and friendly and speak great English: Anthony is the main man – nothing is too much trouble for him, Alexandra the smiling and helpful head receptionist, Eleni puts on a tasty breakfast buffet and Vasili is the lifeguard. And all the others, from the groundsman to the room staff, smile and say hello. If you want quiet relaxation in a beautiful location and with friendly staff…at a sensible price…then this is a great choice.

This is a lovely hotel in a great area in the hills with beautiful countryside and sea views from the balconies. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a good size, and there's a lovely breakfast. This year there were also pizzas and snacks served the rest of the day. The pizza special was really nice. There's a great tavern called Lola in the village too. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I was very disappointed to hear the pool was closed (it was September but still very warm). The manager was able to arrange for us to use the pool at the sister hotel, which was lovely. The hotel is dog friendly, which is great. There are nice garden areas, and lovely patios for dining.

We appreciated very much our stay at Roxani's, well situated in a very nice area, with lots of trees and fresh air. We were three and we only could find a double room; so, the hotel provided us an extra bed, after we said that we will use a matress for the third person. Big thank you! The room was very clean and spacious, the beds very confortable. We enjoyed our evening on a large balcony with view to the garden and to the sea. We also enjoyed a bath in the hotel's pool, which is a big plus for the hotel that is located at about 4 km away from the beach. Very good breakfast!
